Rules for staying at the apart-hotel "Dolce Vita" These rules of residence were developed on the basis of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 N 2300-1, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation" dated 09.10.2015. N 1085 and regulate relations in the field of providing a range of services to ensure temporary accommodation in a hotel. Guests can read the Rules of Residence:

With the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" dated 09.10.2015 N 1085 can be found in the information folder at the hotel reception. The hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed with the hotel administration. At the end of the agreed period, the Resident is obliged to vacate the room. If it is necessary to extend the period of stay, it is necessary to inform the hotel administrator about it no later than 2 hours before the check-out time - 12 hours local time. If there are free places, the Administrator extends the period of stay. The operating mode of the apart-hotel "Dolce Vita" is round-the-clock. Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request. Pets are not allowed. Conditions for cancellation of the reservation, adjustments to the period of stay on the reservation are carried out at least 48 hours in advance. In case of untimely cancellation of the reservation, adjustment, lateness or non-arrival of the guest, he or the customer will be charged for a simple room in the amount of the cost of living per day. A hotel room is provided upon presentation of an identity document, as well as other documents required for registration of a citizen in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Such documents are:
For a citizen of the Russian Federation - Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation);
For a foreign citizen - Passport of a foreign citizen, visa (if necessary), migration card;
For a stateless person - A document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person (Passport of a stateless person), a temporary residence permit for a stateless person or a residence permit for a stateless person;
For citizens under the age of 14 - a birth certificate, documents proving the identity of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) who are with him or accompanying close relatives who have a document certifying their authority.
Registration of a foreign citizen and stateless person at the place of stay in the hotel and their deregistration is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation. When registering a stay, the hotel administrator registers the guest and gives him a key that provides access to the room for the period of stay. The basis for issuing a room key is a completed guest registration card indicating the length of stay and certified by the guest's signature. The cash receipt is issued to the guest immediately after payment. The hotel administration has the right to refuse accommodation in the hotel of persons who are in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication. In case of aggressive behavior of the guest, the hotel staff reserves the right to call the police to resolve disputes and comply with the rules and norms of behavior in public places. In the event of a temporary departure from the hotel, the guest who has not declared this to the hotel administration loses the right to stay and is subject to eviction. The administration accepts booking requests from legal entities in writing by postal, electronic communication, as well as by direct contact with the reception service. Guests of the apart-hotel "Dolce Vita" are obliged to:
Take good care of hotel property and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and order
Comply with moral and ethical standards, refrain from excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and obscene expressions in the public areas of the hotel
Compensate extrajudicially for damage caused in the event of loss, damage, loss or damage to hotel property.
If the guest causes material damage to the hotel, in addition to compensation for damage in accordance with the price list of the hotel property, the guest is obliged to compensate for losses associated with downtime of the room during repairs, replacement of furniture, appliances, etc.
Strictly follow the rules of fire safety;
The guest is solely responsible for the people invited to the room during the stay
When leaving the room, close water taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV, electrical appliances, put valuables in the safe, close the room and return the key.
Inform the Hotel Administrator about your departure to check the room. In case of check-out without notice, the guest agrees to the closure of the accommodation account and additional costs with his credit card without personal presence.
Inspect the provided room within 15 minutes from the moment of check-in and report any breakdowns and shortcomings. After 15 minutes, the room is considered accepted for living.
In the apart-hotel "Dolce Vita" it is forbidden:
Smoking throughout the territory, incl. rooms (in accordance with the Federal Law No. 15-FZ of 23.02.13). In case of violation of this obligation, the hotel administration reserves the right to apply to law enforcement agencies to bring the resident to administrative responsibility for smoking in inappropriate places. The administration reserves the right to demand compensation from the above resident for additional special cleaning of the room - long-term ventilation, use of odor absorbers, washing of curtains, tulle, textiles in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) rubles.
Disturb the peace of residents from 23.00 to 8.00;
Leave unauthorized persons in the room from 23.00 to 8.00, and also give them the key to the room;
Store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, caustic, poisonous, narcotic substances and other dangerous items.
Consume alcoholic beverages in public areas of the hotel
Use only electrical appliances provided for use by the aparthotel "Dolce Vita"
It is possible to rearrange the furniture in the room only with the consent of the administrator on duty;
Keep animals, birds, insects and other fauna.
The hotel administration is not responsible in case of force majeure circumstances, as a result of which the hotel guests found themselves without power supply, water supply, water consumption. At the same time, the hotel administration is obliged to take measures to provide electricity and water consumption to guests as far as possible. The hotel is not responsible for the presence of children in public areas. The hotel administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of technical problems in the room, smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of this order of residence, public order, the order of using household appliances. In case of violation of these rules by the Guest, the hotel administration may, in order to restore the peace and quiet of other Guests, reprimand the violator. If the Guest repeatedly violates the internal rules of staying at the hotel and does not respond to the requirements of the administration and / or law enforcement officers, which leads to material losses or creates inconvenience for the stay of other visitors, the hotel has the right to refuse to provide services to the Guest and evict him from the room without compensation the cost of paid services. The hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services unilaterally or refuse to extend the period of stay in case of violation by the guest of the order of residence, late payment for hotel services, causing material damage to the guest. The hotel management is obliged to:
Timely, qualitatively and in full to provide guests with paid services
Inform guests about the services provided and additional services of the hotel, the form and procedure for their payment
Ensure full compliance of the hotel services with sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules
Maintain the privacy of hotel guests
Respond in a timely manner to the requests of guests, taking measures to eliminate accidents and breakdowns in the hotel rooms
In case of discovery of forgotten things by guests, notify the owner of the things. The hotel stores forgotten things for 3 months from the moment the guest leaves, after which the forgotten things are recognized as abandoned (left by the owner in order to waive ownership of them), and the hotel can dispose of them at its discretion. Products, medicines and other perishable items are not subject to storage and are destroyed by the hotel within 24 hours from the moment the guest leaves.

In the event of complaints from the consumer, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, provided for by law.
In cases not provided for by these rules, the administration and the consumer are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. These rules may be supplemented and amended. If the Guest agrees with these rules and registers him at the Dolce Vita apart-hotel, the contract for the provision of hotel services is considered concluded
